Petronius Wines is project founded by friends in the fine food and wine business. The Petronius vision is elemental: to seek out and help introduce to the U.S. the best and most interesting wines from Italy, France, & Spain. Achieving this mission is a labor of love and passion.

Petronius seeks out and develops strong relationships with small producers in different areas of each country. There is a close partnership in the vineyards and in the winery to ensure wines under the Petronius label represent the essence and typicity of each wine’s region. Petronius wines are supremely food-friendly, reflecting quality, value and a sense of place.

We believe there's a difference between a good meal and an amazing one -- ingredients. Owner Keith Kuhn, a former chef, often hosts wine dinners in his home, always serving up a gourmet feast for his guests to pair with his fine wines. It seemed a natural move for the company to develop some of its own gourmet ingredients--ones that a chef would deem "palate-approved!"

Use Petronius Extra Virgin Olive Oil to coat grilled vegetables or add some spices and use as a herb dip with artisan bread. With Petronius Balsamic Vinaigrette, blend with olive oil and parmesan for a creamy salad dressing, brush on salmon as a glaze, or even drizzle your own reduction on ice cream and other sweet fruits!
